L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-25062026-273847 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3323] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2026/ASHADHA 4, 1948 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th June, 2026 S.O. 3457(E).— In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the Administrator (whether known as the Lieutenant Governor or the Administrator) of the Union territories of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Lakshadweep, Ladakh and Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu shall, subject to the control of the President and until further order, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under the provisions of the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against Safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982 (66 of 1982), within their respective Union territory, in concurrence with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court having jurisdiction over respective Union territories.
