In pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the Government of Odisha, hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in Notification No. 508/OR/2023 dated 01.09.2023, relating to the appointment of District Election Officers for Districts in the State of Odisha. 2.
