NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2025
G.S.R. 69(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Lower Division
Clerk (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2021 namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Lower Division Clerk (Group
'C' Post) Recruitment(Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Mines, Indian Bureau of Mines, Lower Division Clerk (Group 'C' Post)
Recruitment Rules, 2021, in the schedule, in column (6), for the words, figures and brackets “Between 18 years and 25
years of age. (In case of post being filled up by all India Open Competition, it would be between 18 years and 27 years
of age)", the words and figures "Between 18 and 27 years of age." shall be substituted.
