Short title and commencement. - (1) This Order may be called the Guidelines for the disposal of Enemy Property (Amendment) Order, 2023 . (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Guidelines for the disposal of Enemy Property Order, 2018, in paragraph 5, in sub -paragraph (1), for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: — “(d) Joint Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Member,”.
