Short title and Commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Ninth Amendment Order, 2025. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. A) Amendments to Schedule I - Points of Entry for Import of plants/plant materials and other Articles 1.
