NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th April, 2025
S.O. 1849(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government had notified the following Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for
conducting the matters related to NIA cases before the Hon'ble Courts on behalf of the National Investigation Agency
as indicated against his name in the table below:-

And whereas, the Central Government has decided to discontinue the appointment of Sh. Sourav Chatterjee,

Now, therefore, the Central Government terminates the appointment of Sh. Sourav Chatterjee as Special Public
Prosecutor w.e.f. 21.06.2024.
