ORDER
New Delhi, the 22nd April, 2024
S.O. 1781(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955
(10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic,
Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely:-
1.Short title and Commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed)
(Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, hereinafter referred as said Order), in
Schedule I, Part A,—
(i) in sub-heading 1 (d), after serial number 2 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries
shall be inserted, namely:
"3. Sulphur 90% (Dispersable Granule)

3. In the said Order, in Schedule VII, "GENERAL SPECIFICATION OF NANO FERTILISER", —
(i) in serial number 1 “Nano Nitrogen", in entry 2, —
(a.) in item (a), for the figures "20-50", the figures and letters “<100” shall be substituted;
(b.) in item (b), for the figures "20-80", the figures and letters “<100” shall be substituted;
(ii) after serial number 3 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted,
namely:
