NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2026
S.O. 3345(E). - In pursuance of powers conferred by sub-clause (c) of clause 22 of the Fertiliser (Inorganic,
Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, the Central Government hereby authorize the following manufacturers of
Fermented Organic Manure and Liquid Fermented Organic Manure mentioned under column (2) of the Table belowand
where addresses are mentioned in corresponding column (3) of said Table, to sell their fertilizer manufactured product
Fermented Organic Manure and Liquid Fermented Organic Manure in bulk direct to farmers for a period of three years
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely,-
