L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-23032026-271217 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 193] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2026/CHAITRA 2, 1948 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd March, 2026 G.S.R. 199(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Civil Service) Rules, 2003, namely: - 1. (1) These rules may be called the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Civil Service) Amendment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
