In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. S.O. 3955(E), dated the 17.09.2024 issued by this Ministry, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:- In the said notification, in clause (c), for the items number (i) & (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following items number and entry shall be substituted, namely:- (i) Shri Nitesh Kumar Vyas Additional Secretary (UT) Ministry of Home Affairs (ii) Ms. D.
