The term of office of the Committee shall be five years from the date of public ation of this notification in the Official Gazette. 3. The members of the Committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rate specified below while attending the meeting of such committee, namely: - (i) an official member of the Committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rate applicable to the service to which he belongs; (ii) a non -official member shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances in accordance with the orders issued by the Centr al Government from time to time. 4. The Committee shall be provided with such members of staff, as may be necessary, by the Central Government for carrying out its functions under the order. [F.
