New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2024
O. N. 200(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the
People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that following amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. 434/MH-HP/2024 dated 18th November, 2024, relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers
for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Maharashtra namely;
In column 4 of the Table appended to the said notification, against Assembly Segment 91 - Mukhed, as specified
under column 3 of the said notification, in place of existing entry the following entry shall be substituted :-
