EXTRAORDINARY PART III—Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 204] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY , MARCH 21, 2024 /CHAITRA 1, 1946 CG-DL-E-22032024-253303 INSTITUTE OF TEACHING AND RESEARCH IN AYURVEDA NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21 st March, 2024 No. L -12015/18/2021 -AS.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 28 of the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Act, 2020 (16 of 2020), the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurved a Regulations, 2021 namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Of ficial Gazette. 2. In the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Regulations, 2021, in regulation 10, in sub -regulation (1), under heading “ THE FINANCE COMMITTEE OF INSTITUTE”, - (a) for serial number 2 and the entries relating theret o, the following entr ies shall be substituted, namely : - “Representative of Ministry of Ayush not below the level of Deputy Secretary/Director”; (b) for serial number 4 and the entries relating theret o, the following entries shall be substituted, namely: - “Financial Adviser, Minis try of Ayush, Government of India or his representative not below the level of Deputy Secretary/Director”.
