NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th January, 2024
O.N. 28(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act,
1950 (as amended), the Election Commission of India hereby designates, each of the officers specified in column (2)
of the Table below against each district of the State of Sikkim in column (1) as the Appellate Officer before whom
appeals shall lie from the decisions of the Electoral Registration officers of the Assembly Constituencies, specified in
column (3) of the Table, in the State of Sikkim, under Sections 22 and 23 of the Representation of the People
Act, 1950 :-
