Notification for denotification of Special Public Prosecutors of National Investigation Agency

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government had notified the following Advocates as Special Public Prosecutors, as per details given in the table below, for conducting the cases instituted by the National Investigation Agency in the trial courts, appeals, revisions or other matters arising out of the case in revisional or appellate courts established by law; +------+---------------------------+---------------------------+---------------------------+ | S.No. | Name of Advocate | Notification No. & date | State/UT for which notified | +======+===========================+===========================+===========================+ | 1. | Sh.
