NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st April, 2025
S.O. 1806(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Offshore Areas Mineral
(Development and Regulation) Act, 2002 (17 of 2003), the administering authority hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4819(E), dated the 5th November
2024, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, in serial number 7, in column (2), under the heading Longitude
for the figures and letter "94°02'52.975"E", the figures and letter “94°07'52.975"E" shall be substituted.
