(Ms.) Rakesh Verma (M. No. 082388), residing at J 34 I Floor, SECTOR 18, NOIDA (Uttar Pradesh)- 201301, guilty of Professional and Other Misconduct. This misconduct falls under Item (11) of Part I and Item (2) of Part IV of the First Schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Following an opportunity for a hearing as per Rule 15(1) of the aforementioned Rules, the Board ordered the removal of CA. (Ms.) Rakesh Verma's name from the Register of Members for a period of 30 days. In pursuance of this order and exercising powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Act, and Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is notified that her name shall be removed from the Register of Members for 30 days, effective from September 19, 2025.
