L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-20072026-274616 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3773] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JULY 17, 2026/ASHADHA 26, 1948 5470 GI/2026 MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) ORDER New Delhi, the 16th July, 2026 S.O. 3937(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: - 1.Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Eigth Amendment Order, 2026. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in Schedule- I, in Part- A Specifications of Fertilisers, in sub-heading 1 (h) FORTIFIED FERTILISERS, after serial number 41 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely,- "42.
