NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th July, 2026
S.O. 3901(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (e) of section 3 of the
Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government, after consultation with the Board, hereby makes the
following amendments further to amend the Schedule to the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said Act, under the heading "Common Name", after the entries relating to "Flumethrin"
and the corresponding entries relating thereto, the following entries shall respectively, be inserted, namely:—
