United Exploration India Private Limited obtained re-accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training of the Quality Council of India (QCI-NABET) upon completion of its initial accreditation period. United Exploration India Private Limited under 'Category A Exploration Agencies' vide notification number G.S.R. 284(E) dated the 7th April, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 7th April, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification); 2. And whereas, upon completion of its initial accreditation period, M/s. United Exploration India Private Limited has obtained re-accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training of the Quality Council of India (QCI-NABET); 3. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act and in accordance with the guidelines for notification of accredited private exploration agencies issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines vide Order No. M.VI-16/15/2021-Mines VI, dated the 12th August, 2021 for the purposes of the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby extends the period specified in the said notification for a further period of three years from the date of expiry of the said notification or till expiry of the re-accreditation granted or further order, whichever is earlier. 4.
