The President of India, through notifications S.O. 891(E) and S.O. 892(E), appoints Mrs. Rekha Gupta as the Chief Minister and Shri Parvesh Sahib Singh, Shri Ashish Sood, Shri Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Shri Ravinder Indraj Singh, Shri Kapil Mishra, and Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh as Ministers in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. These appointments by the Ministry of Home Affairs are effective from the date each appointee is sworn in. The Ministers' appointments are made on the advice of the Chief Minister.
