L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-20022024-252257 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 759] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2024/PHALGUNA 1, 1945 MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) ORDER New Delhi, the 20th February, 2024 S.O. 795(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely:- 1.Short title and Commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Amendment Order, 2024 (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the OfficialGazettee 2. In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), in clause 20C, in sub-clause (4) for the words "three years" the words "four years" shall be substituted. 3.In said Order, in Form G-3, in second paragraph occuring after item 5, for the figures "2024", the figures "2025" shall be substituted.
