In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952), the Central Government has directed the further suspension of the exhibition of the Marathi film titled 'Khalid Ka Shivaji'. This film was certified by the Central Board of Film Certification vide Certificate No. DIL/1/121/2024-MUM dated November 12, 2024. The suspension is extended by one month beyond September 19, 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The notification is signed by Ajay Nagabhushan MN, Joint Secretary.
