Chandru alias E. Chandrasekaran as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting the cases on behalf of National Investigation Agency before NIA Special Courts at Puducherry established by law in the territory of UT of Puducherry and High Court of Madras in the territory of State of Tamil Nadu for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
