NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th May, 2025
S.O. 2721(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act,
1979 (5 of 1979), the Central Government hereby appoints the following as a member of the Coconut Development
Board, Kochi and for the said purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government
of India, erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 21 (E), dated the 12th January, 1981, namely: -
In the said notification, under the heading “Appointment under clause (g) of sub-section (4) of section 4", against
serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely: -
| "8. Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, Chennai- 600009 | To represent the State Government of Tamil Nadu | member". |
