NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17 th January, 2025
S.O 325(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Cable
Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following
further amendments in the notification of the Government of India the Ministry of Information and
Broadcasting, number S.O. 2693 (E), dated the 5th September, 2013, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th September, 2013, namely:-
In the said notification, in Table-I,-
(i) for serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be
substituted, namely:-
