NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2024
S.O. 252(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 49H of the Wild Life
(Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby designates the following as the ports of entry
and exit for the purposes of Chapter VB of the said Act for repatriation of red sanders from Nepal and makes the
following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and
Climate Change, number S.O. 3547(E) dated 8th August 2023, namely:—
In the said notification,─after serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"13. Ruxaul;
14. Panitanki;
15. Jogbani;
16. Sanauli;
17. Nepalgunj;
18. Banbasa.".
