This Tribunal, consisting of Shri Justice Nelson Sailo, a Judge of the Gauhati High Court, is established for the specific purpose of adjudicating whether there is sufficient cause to declare the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Khaplang) [NSCN (K)], including all its factions, wings, and front organisations, as an Unlawful Association.
