No. 1-CA (7)/209/2023 .—In pursuance of the Regulation 159 (1A) of the Chartered Accountants
Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting up of
a Branch of Central India Regional Council in Rajsamand District (Rajasthan) with effect from August 14, 2023.
The Branch shall be known as Rajsamand District Branch of Central India Regional Council and its Head
Quarter shall be at Rajsamand. The Jurisdiction of the Branch besides the following Place s shall cover whole District
of Rajsamand: -
1. Rajsamand
2. Amet
3. Bhim
4. Delwara
5. Deogarth
6. Garhbor
7. Khamnor
8. Kumbhalgarh
9. Kunwariya
10. Nathdwara
11. Railmagra
12. Kankroli
As prescribed under sub -regulation (3) of Regulation 159, the Branch shall function subject to the control,
supervision and directions of the Council through Central India Regional Council and shall carry out such directions
as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.

No. 1 -CA (7)/ 210/2023.—In pursuance of the Regulation 159 (1A) of the Chartered Accountants
Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting
up of a Branch of Central India Regio nal Council at Mandsaur Dirstrict (Madhya Pradesh) with effect from
August 14, 2023.
The Branch shall be known as Mandsaur District Branch of Central India Regional Council and its Head
Quarter shall be at Mandsaur. The Jurisdiction of the Branch besides the following Places shall cover whole District of
Mandsaur: -
1 Mandsaur
2 Malhargarh
3 Sitamau
4 Suvasara
5 Bhanpura
6 Garoth
7 Shamgargh
8 Daloda
As prescribed under sub -regulation (3) of Regulation 159, the Branch shall function subject to the co ntrol,
supervision and directions of the Council through Central India Regional Council and shall carry out such directions
as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.

NOTIFICATION

No. 1 -CA (7)/ 211/2023 .—Whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide
notification no. 28 -RC (4)/8/82 dated 20th September 1982 w.e.f 13th September 1982 had set up a Branch of Central
India Regional Council at Patna under Regulation 136(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1964.
Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the
detachment of Muzaffarpur from the Jurisdiction of Patna Branch of CIRC of ICAI.
The effective date of detachment of Muzaffarpur (Bihar) from the Jurisdiction of Patna Branch of CIRC of
ICAI will be August 14th,2023.

No. 1 -CA (7)/ 212/2023 .—Whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide
notification no. 1.CA. (72)/74 dated 1 7th September 1974 w.e.f 1 0th September 1974 had set up a Branch of Northern
India Regional Council at Ludhiana under Regulation 136(2) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1964.
Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notificatio n, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the
detachment of Mandi Gobindgarh, Khanna, Doraha and Amloh from the Jurisdiction of L udhiana Branch of NIRC of
ICAI.
The effective date of detachment of Mandi Gob indgarh, Khanna, Doraha and Amloh from the Jur isdiction of
Ludhiana Branch of NIRC of ICAI will be August 14,2023.

No. 1 -CA (7)/ 213/2023 .—In pursuance of the Regulation 159 (1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations,
1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting up of a Branch of
Northern India Regional Council at Mandi Gobindgarh (Pu njab) with effect from August 14, 2023.
The Branch shall be known as Mandi Gobindgarh Branch of Northern India Regional Council and its Head
Quarter shall be at Mandi Gobindgarh. The Jurisdiction of the Branch shall besides Mandi Gobindgarh city, include
the following cities/towns falling within a radius of 50 kms from the municipal limits of Mandi Gobindgarh (Punjab):
1. Khanna
2. Mandi Gobindgarh
3. Amloh
4. Doraha
As prescribed under sub -regulation (3) of Regulation 159, the Branch shall function subj ect to the control,
supervision and directions of the Council through Northern India Regional Council and shall carry out such directions
as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.
