NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th July, 2025
O.N. 26(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that
the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. 434/PB-HP/2024(1) dated 22nd February,
2024, as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) for
the Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Punjab.
In column (2) of the table appended to the said Notification for the existing entry in column (2)
against item given in column (1), the following entry shall be substituted:
