Designation of Exclusive NIA Courts

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-16072026-274562 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3758] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2026/ASHADHA 25, 1948 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th July, 2026 S.O. 3921(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government- in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court and the Government of Jharkhand- hereby designates the Additional Judicial Commissioner- XVII and Additional Judicial Commissioner- XX, Ranchi as the Special Courts for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency. The jurisdiction of the Special Courts for National Investigation Agency mentioned above shall extend throughout the State of Jharkhand. [F. No. 11011/42/2022- NIA] RAJEEV KUMAR, Jt. Secy. NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th July, 2026 S.O. 3922(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government- in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court and the Government of Gujarat- hereby designates the NIA Court No. 2 (Exclusive) and NIA Court No. 3 (Exclusive) in City Civil Court, Ahmedabad as the Special Courts for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
