This authorization is granted under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, to provide connectivity to M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited's 300MW Renewable Power Park located in Phalodi, Rajasthan. Prior approval for this overhead transmission line was granted by the Ministry of Power via letter no. 25-17/37/2026-POWERGRID (MoP) dated 23.02.2026 under Section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003. Public notices were published in The Indian Express dated 20.04.2026 and the Weekly Gazette of India dated 23.05.2026. Two observations from M/s Juniper Green India Six Pvt Ltd. and M/s Bhadla Three SKP Green Ventures Pvt Ltd, received within two months of publication, were subsequently withdrawn after amicable resolution on 08.07.2026 and 23.07.2026, respectively. M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited submitted an undertaking dated 28.07.2026, confirming the proposed line route is outside the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) Priority Area of Rajasthan and Gujarat, as per the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India's judgment dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019, and committed to comply with all related directions. The specific transmission line covered is a 220 kV S/c line on D/c towers from Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited Renewable Power Park (Nokh, District Phalodi, Rajasthan) to Bhadla-III Pooling Station, passing through villages including Bikampur (Kolayat, Bikaner) and Bodana, Nokh (Bap, Phalodi) in Rajasthan. The approval is valid for 25 years and is subject to conditions including seeking consent from concerned authorities (Railways, National Highways, etc.), following regulations of the Appropriate Commission under the Electricity Act, 2003, obtaining approval from the Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of the Central Government, complying with the Electricity Act, 2003 and its rules, submitting necessary clearances from bodies like Civil Aviation and Defense to the Central Electricity Authority, and adhering to Supreme Court directions regarding the GIB area if applicable.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-15092026-276215 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4831] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2026/BHADRA 19, 1948 MINISTRY OF POWER ORDER New Delhi, the 9th September, 2026 S.O. 5021(E).— Whereas M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited having its registered office at 4th Floor, Nexity T30, Silpa Gram Craft Village, HITEC City Hyderabad – 500 081, Telangana (India), has applied for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line included in the transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited for its 300MW Renewable Power Park in Phalodi, Rajasthan. And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter no. 25-17/37/2026-POWERGRID (MoP) dated 23.02.2026 had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line included in the transmission system for providing connectivity to M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited for its 300MW Renewable Power Park in Phalodi, Rajasthan. M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers The Indian Express (in English) dated 20.04.2026 & Dainik Bhaskar (in Hindi) dated 20.04.2026 and in Weekly Gazette of India dated 23.05.2026 for the general public to make observations/ representations on the proposed transmission route within two months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited has submitted an affidavit dated 18.08.2026 declaring that two observation/ representation were received within two months from the date of Publication in the official Gazette of Government of India and from the date of Publication in the Newspapers from M/s Juniper Green India Six Pvt Ltd. and M/s Bhadla Three SKP Green Ventures Pvt Ltd, which were later withdrawn after amicable resolution vide their official mails dated 08.07.2026 and 23.07.2026 respectively. M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited had submitted an Undertaking dated 28.07.2026 stating that the route of the proposed overhead transmission line(s) is located outside the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) Priority Area of Rajasthan and Gujarat, as referred to in the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019; the applicant has further undertaken to comply with all directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as contained in the said judgment as well as with any subsequent directions issued by the competent authorities in pursuance of the above order by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, and has also stated that the transmission line alignment has been optimized, in such a way that they share maximum common stretch to the extent possible And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so established or maintained for laying of electrical lines under the transmission scheme "Transmission System for providing connectivity to M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited for its 300MW Renewable Power Park in Phalodi, Rajasthan.". The following overhead transmission line is covered under this scheme: • Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited Renewable Power Park (Generation switchyard located in village Nokh, District Phalodi, Rajasthan)- Bhadla-III Pooling Station 220 kV S/c line on D/c towers. The approval is granted for 25 years. ii. The Applicant shall have to seek the consent of the concerned authorities, i.e., local bodies, Railways, National Highways, State Highways etc. before erection of proposed line. iii. The Applicant shall have to follow regulations/ codes of the Appropriate Commission regarding transmission, O&M, open access, etc., framed under the Electricity Act, 2003. iv. The Applicant shall operate the line after approval of Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of Central Government. v. The approval is subject to compliance of the requirement of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules made there under by the applicant. vi. M/s Tepsol Sun Sparkle Private Limited shall have to submit the requisite clearances to Central Electricity Authority after obtaining the same from concerned authorities like Civil Aviation, Defense etc., at the time of Electrical Inspection. vii. In case, the route of above overhead lines (or some portion of the route of above overhead line) falls in the Revised Great Indian Bustard (GIB) area, the applicant has to comply with the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in its order dated 19.12.2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 838 of 2019 and any other directions given by competent authorities in pursuance of the above order by Hon'ble Supreme Court.
