The Ministry of Home Affairs (CTCR Division), through S.O. 4645(E) dated October 13, 2025, notifies that the Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), and with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, has appointed the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-03, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, as a Special Judge. This appointment is for the trial of offences specified in clauses (a) and (b) of Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, specifically in connection with NIA case RC-30/2021/NIA/DLI, which is currently being investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
