L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-14072026-274497 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3709] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2026/ASHADHA 23, 1948 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th July, 2026 S.O. 3871(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government- in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4466(E), dated the 12th December, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court and the Government of Maharashtra- hereby designates the Court Room No. 26 of City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
