M/s ReVal Consulting Private Limited is authorized to carry out prospecting operations, provided they comply with conditions specified in the guidelines for accredited private exploration agencies. These guidelines were issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, vide order number M.VI-16/15/2021-Mines VI, dated 12th August, 2021. The notification becomes effective from its publication date in the Official Gazette and will remain in force for five years from the notification date or until the expiry or termination of the granted accreditation, whichever occurs earlier.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-14052026-272554 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2305] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026/VAISAKHA 22, 1948 MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026 S.O. 2397(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby notifies M/s ReVal Consulting Private Limited under "Category 'A' Exploration Agency”, which shall carry out prospecting operations in compliance with the conditions specified as per the guidelines for notification of accredited private exploration agencies issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, vide order number M.VI-16/15/2021-Mines VI, dated the 12th August, 2021. 2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of such notification or till the expiry or termination of the accreditation granted, whichever is earlier.
