NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th January, 2026
S.O. 199(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Rakesh Pal Gobind, Advocate as
Special Public Prosecutor for conducting trial and other matters related to NIA case No. RC-16/2025/NIA/DLI, on
behalf of the National Investigation Agency, before the NIA Special Court, Port Blair and Hon'ble Calcutta High
Court's Circuit Bench at Port Blair for a period of 3 years from the date of publication of this notification or till the
completion of trial of the said case, whichever is earlier:-

Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints the following Advocates as Special Public
Prosecutors for conducting matters before the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay on behalf of the National Investigation
Agency, for a period of 3 years from the date of publication of this notification or till the satisfaction of NIA with the
performance of these advocates, whichever is earlier:-
