Detailed Summary

The Ministry of Mines, through Order S.O. 5168(E) issued in New Delhi on 13th November, 2025, announces that the Central Government, exercising powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, has determined it necessary and expedient in the public interest to withdraw the Refined Nickel (Quality Control) Order, 2025. For this purpose, the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, bearing number S.O. 1766(E), dated the 17th April, 2025, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), on the same date, is hereby rescinded.
