For this purpose, the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, issued vide number S.O. 3847(E), dated the 31st August, 2023, and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), on the same date, is rescinded.
