L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-13062026-273437 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2934] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2026/JYAISTHA 22, 1948 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (SEZ DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th June, 2026 S.O. 3040(E).— Whereas, M/s Renaissance Designbuild Private Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Plot No. 47, Koorgally Industrial Area, Village Koorgally, Hobli, Ilwala, Talauka Mysore, District Mysore in the State of Karnataka; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 10.118 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 11(E) dated 4th January, 2011; AND, WHEREAS, M/s Renaissance Designbuild Private Limited has now proposed to de-notify the entire area of 10.118 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given No Objection Certificate to the proposal vide letter No.CI 12 SPI 2022 dated 13th November, 2025. Further, after de-notification, such de-notified area will conform to land use guidelines/master places of the State Government; AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of the entire area of 10.118 hectares of the Special Economic Zone; NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except for things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
