NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th September, 2026
S.O. 4937(E).— Whereas, M/s. Manyata Promoters Private Limited, had proposed under section 3
of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up an
Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zone at Villages
Rachenahalli, Nagavara and Tanisandra, District Bangalore, in the State of Karnataka;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified/de-
notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below in the table: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Manyata Promoters Private Limited has now proposed for de-notification
of 1.4310 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide
letter No.CI 105 SPI 2023 dated 17th April, 2026;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has
recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.4310 hectares of the above the Special
Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8)
of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones
Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.4310 hectares of the above Special
Economic Zone, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 17.7681 hectares. The survey
numbers and area for the de-notification are given below in the table, namely: -
