L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-13042024-253691 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1622] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, APRIL 12, 2024/CHAITRA 23, 1946 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th April, 2024 S.O. 1707(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), vide number S.O. 802(E), dated the 21st February, 2022, namely:- In the said notification, - (i) in the table under paragraph 1, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - "1. Shri Pranab Kishore Das, IAS (Retd.) House No. 333, Sector 2 Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula (ii) after paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:- Chairman;"; "2A.
