Ν. 02(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 23 of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (as amended) and in supersession of its earlier notification, the Election Commission hereby designates the District Election Officer-cum-Collector, as the case may be, of the following districts in the State of
