L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-11062026-273324 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2850] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2026/JYAISTHA 18 1948 4138 GI/2026 (1) MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd May, 2026 S.O. 2944(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 (53 of 2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) number S.O. 1589(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 11th November, 2005, namely :- In the said notification,- (a) for item (x) and the entries relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(x) Smt. Jui Pethe (Representative from a Tribal Organisation) Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram-1, Shripad, Vakratunda Row, House, Opp. Rama Raman Apartment, Vrindavan Nagar, Kamatwade, Nashik-422010, Maharashtra - Member"; (b) for item (xiii) and the entries relating thereto, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- "(xiii) Dr. Seema Sharma (National or State Level Women's Organisation associated with Agricultural activity), 220 Kautilya Nagar, Vidhayak Colony, Patna-800014 - Member”.
