NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th March, 2025
G.S.R. 171(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 156 of the
Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules
further to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, General Duty Cadre (Group Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment
Rules, 2022 namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force,
General Duty Cadre (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, General Duty Cadre (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022, in
the Schedule, against serial number 3 relating to the post of Constable (General Duty), in column (6), for the figures
and words "18 to 25 years", the words and figures "Between 18 and 23 years" shall be substituted.
