In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: - 1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Fifth Amendment Order, 2026. (2) This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, in schedule I, in Part A, in the heading Specifications of Fertilisers,- (a) in sub-heading 1(a) relating to STRAIGHT NITROGENEOUS FERTILISERS, (i) the serial number 4 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) the serial number 7 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (b) in sub-heading 1(e) relating to N.P.
