NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th December, 2025
S.O. 5694(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Suraksha
Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the Central Government had notified Shri Sandesh Dadasaheb Patil as Special Public Prosecutor
(SPP) for conducting the matters related to NIA cases before the Hon'ble High Court on behalf of the National
Investigation Agency as indicated against his name in the table below:-

And whereas, Shri Sandesh Dadasaheb Patil, Spl. PP has been appointed as Additional Judge in the Hon'ble
Bombay High Court;
Now, therefore, the Central Government terminates the appointment of Shri Sandesh Dadasaheb Patil as
Special Public Prosecutor with immediate effect.
