NOTIFICATION

No. 29-CA/Law/D-303/2025.-A Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in Reference Case
No. 4/2012 under Section 21(6)(c) of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 has ordered on 27th November, 2024 that
the name of Shri Gurvinder Singh, Chartered Accountant (M. No. 016024), Residential/Professional Address: M/s.
Grover & Grover, 5147, Sector – B – 7, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi (Delhi) India – 110070 be removed from the Register
of Members for a period of six months after finding him guilty of "Other Misconduct" under Section 2 read with Section
21 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.
It was further ordered that his membership shall stand suspended for Six (06) months starting from the date of
publication of the notification in the Gazette of India. During the said period of 6 months, he shall not practice as a
Chartered Accountant.
Now, therefore, pursuant to the said order of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court dt. 27.11.2024 and in terms of
sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the said Act read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988,
it is hereby notified that the name of Shri Gurvinder Singh (M. No. 016024) stands removed from the Register of
Members for period of six months w.e.f. the date of publication of this Notification in compliance with the direction of
Hon'ble High Court order dated 27.11.2024.
