In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 55) read with sub-clause (1) of clause 5 of the Cotton Seed Price (Control) Order, 2015, the Central Government, after taking into consideration the recommendation made by the committee referred to in sub-clause (2) of the said clause, hereby notify the maximum sale price of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt.) cotton seed packets (475 grams RIB seed packet containing minimum 5 percent and maximum 10 percent non Bt.
