The Ministry of Home Affairs, through Notification S.O. 112(E) dated 2nd June, 2025, announces the appointment of the Deputy Inspector General/Principal, Dog Breeding and Training School, Central Reserve Police Force, Taralu (Karnataka), as an estate officer. This appointment is made by the Central Government in exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971). The appointed officer, being a Gazetted Officer of the Government of India, shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officers by or under the said Act. The scope of this appointment covers premises belonging to and under the control of the Central Reserve Police Force at the Dog Breeding and Training School, Taralu (Karnataka).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the Deputy Inspector General/Principal, Dog Breeding and Training School, Central Reserve Police Force, Taralu (Karnataka), being a Gazetted Officer of the Government of India, to be the estate officer for the purposes of said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officer by or under the said Act in respect of the premises belonging to and under the control of the Central Reserve Police Force at Dog Breeding and Training School, Taralu (Karnataka).
