In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification number S.O.3955(E) dated 17.09.2024 of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely: - 1. In the said notification, for Item No. (a)(i) and the entry relating thereto, shall be substituted with the following and the entry shall be as follows: (i) Chairman - Shri Keshav Chandra, IAS 2. In the said notification, for Item No.(d) (i) to (iv) and the entry relating thereto, shall be substituted with the following and the entry shall be as follows: (i) Shri Kuljeet Chahal (Non-official Member) (ii) Shri Anil Valmiki (Non-official Member) (iii) Smt. Sarita Tomar (Non-official Member) (iv) Shri Dinesh Pratap Singh (Non-official Member) 3. In the said notification, for Item No.(f) and the entry relating thereto, shall be substituted with the following and the entry shall be as follows: (i) Shri Kuljeet Chahal, Vice Chairperson.
